How this works...
Check out the flyer below for the date and time of our event. Drop off your used, professional clothing at anytime during the event. Stick around at our venue for refreshments and enter to win one of our great door prizes. Network with other local business people and make some new contacts! Once the event is done, all our donations will be given to As We Grow on Broadway to benefit our charities.
Why we are doing this...
Too often, the people in need who utilize the services of FTP and Choices are in desperate need of a well paying job to support themselves and their families. The last thing on their mind is whether they have appropriate clothing to wear to a job interview and in most cases they have nothing even close to being fashionable and a good fit.
We all know that we feel our best and most confident when we are wearing something we like and feel great about. We also know that we are judged based on our first outward impression. We want to give the clients of Family Transition Place and Choices Youth Shelter the chance to make a great first impression! After all, for them it is not just a job... it is their future, their independence, a chance to start a new life.
So help us to collect gently used, professional clothing. for a great cause. Lighten the load on your closet rack and help someone else DRESS TO IMPRESS! See the poster below for the event date and drop-off location. Bring your donations and enjoy refreshments and door prizes. You could win our Grand Prize Make-Over!
